Completed required achievment, but plans did not become available.

The blueprint works as intended.

However, I have read that you apparently cannot purchase the blueprint (even if you are level 100 and have the achievement) if you do not have a level 3 Garrison, so that might be why some people are reporting problems.

You need level 3 garrison for all level 3 buildings so not only the achivement are required

Just got the achievement which unlocked the tier 3 blueprint. I have a tier 3 garrison. It was available for me to buy for 1K and learned it. And for 100 resources and 500G its building up right now.

Just wanted to clarify as I was a bit confused myself, unlike this page states (and unlike we all hoped), this isn't a reward from completing the achievement Draenor Angler. The achievement only unlocks the blueprint, you will still need to purchase it from the vendors of your respective factions. Expected some free stuff for fishing 500 fish, but I guess that's a bit greedy of me...

There goes all my gold again :(.

According to the comments, you will also need level 3 garrison to buy the blueprint, but as I've already had that at the time of completing the achievement, don't quote me on that :P.

Requires Draenor Angler (complete the Draenor fishing achievements).

(all level 3 buildings also require a level 3 Town Hall)

anyone know why the quest for nat pagle isnt showing up? just got the achievement for this and bought the blueprint and already applied it to my garrison which is also level 3.

Can someone clarify if after building the level 3 fishing shack other people visiting your garrision can catch enormous fishes as well?

I discovered something a few days ago that really helped me with completing the Draenor Angler achievement. I hooked a Tuskar Fishing Net to each of the ships (two) that I sent out on the daily oil run. They collect a goodly number of enormous fish each day. I always have garrison resources to spare so keep extra fishing nets in case I have a space available on another naval mission.

As of patch 10.2 it took me about 5 hours to finish the Draenor Angler achievement to get this blueprint.

My shack was bugged like many have reported, and I found the solution that actually worked.

When I clicked the "Architect Table" -> "Fishing Shack" it clearly showed Level 2 shack, and it said "Plan Required" to unlock level 3. I am Max level (80 as of TWW), I have level 3 garrison, I have Draenor Angler achievement completed, and when I went to the Blueprint Vendor (Rezlak for Horde) it says I already know Fishing Shack level 3. I repurchased it just in case, still didn't work.

Now for the weird solution that actually worked: Changing the language of your game. This came from a Blizzard forum post from 2022, many people confirming it, and it still works now. I went to the in-game "Options" -> "Languages" -> then changed "Text" to "Espanol (America Latina)", then I flew way outside of my garrison and then back inside to reset it. Now when I clicked the "Architect Table" there was a green arrow over my Fishing Shack! It's currently upgrading to level 3, after being stuck for over 3 years. At first, right after I changed the language it didn't seem to work, but then when I flew out and back into my garrison, then it worked. Huzzah!
