This set unfortunately has the same issues as the Wrathful Gladiator's set, no belt or boots, The Wrathful set does have boots, but imo the are terrible looking. Since the sets are close in appearance, I recommend you check the posted suggestions under that set for any remedies.

I took the liberty of searching through all 420 Boots to match with this set, I also went through all 450 Belts as well.
Not only that but I narrowed the search criteria down to the item being Transmogrifiable, as well as still currently available to players. I viewed each item in 3D, picked out all the ones that had either matching colors, textures, and/or theme. Once those were sorted out I picked the ones that best matched with the set. Just wanted to get that out of the way so you know that I didn't miss anything :)

Boots:

Spiked Deathdealers / Greaves of the Stonewarder / Greaves of the Iron Army

Frostpaw Greaves <-- These share a model with 17 other boots.

Belts:

Indestructible Plate Girdle / Shieldwarder Girdle
