I couldnt get the belt as soon as i would like due to the lack of raids where it drops in, intead after a while of proving models i found that the Fascione dell'Accuratezza del Gladiatore Cataclismico could fit perfectly

Shard of Azzinoth looks excellent with it as a transmog dagger (be warned though, it does not hide the glow of any enchants.)

This 5-piece ilvl 232 set is sold by Arcanista Asarina, Arcanista Miluria, Magistra Iruvia, and Magistra Vesara. Legs and gloves, as well as accessories, also drop from Emalon il Guardiano della Tempesta on 25m and Koralon il Guardiano della Fiamma on 10m.

For those that aren't getting lucky with the drops, you can try Veteran's Dreadweave Belt and Veteran's Dreadweave Stalkers, available for justice points on the isle of Quel'Danas.
The onehanded sword transmogs i'd recommend with this would be Broken Promise from Naxxramas or Forsaken Bonecarver (or any of the other red/green looking onehanders) from Trial of the Crusader.
The only offhander i could find that was easily available and matched perfectly was Fetish of the Primal Gods, available from Shattrath for justice points.
