This set is currently available for honor points from Kezzik the Striker (major pieces) in Area 52 and for Forgotten Conqueror gear tokens from Kayri (belt, waist and cuffs) in the Isle of Quel'Danas.

The wings will unfold upon jumping now, instead of the previous animation where the wings would unfold randomly.

I'm not sure if it's intended or not, because the wings animation never gets to finish before you land on the ground again.

For transmoggers, the set is 3500 Honour (not counting legs), plus Stivali del Conquistatore Dimenticato (which drops from Felmyst in Sunwell Plateau) and Cintura del Conquistatore Dimenticato (which drops from Brutallus in Sunwell Plateau). The bracers drop from Sunwell Plateau, but are not needed for transmog.

This 5-piece set has been put back in the game in 4.3. Accessories are available by turning in Sunwell armor tokens to Kayri at the Isle of Quel'Danas.
In 4.3, the set can be purchased for honor from Kezzik l'Assalitore:

Back when I used Mongoose as my illusion, which also adds to this look a bit.

Lama Lunga Incrostata di Scaglie di Drago also this for a 1H sword would be acceptable and even nice as a match, it kind of shimmers the colors across the blade, and sheathes on the back which is an interesting feature for a 1H sword. Off-hand would be more complicated, and I'll be looking for something for that, and a dagger or two plus another sword if I can find one. (Though the longblade is my 100% match personal feelings.)

As far as I'm concerned the Icecrown Citadel staff is a 100% match, and the lightest blues on it complement the set, and also remember there's a lookalike on heroic mode if you happen to be dragged in on Heroic instead of normal 25 man!

Heroic SoO/Warforged: Bisturi Insanguinato di Rik'kal and Bisturi Insanguinato di Rik'kal might be too silver for your taste overall but the hilt areas match decently to the set and silver is a neutral which goes with everything.
Pugnale dell'Ala Elettrica Heroic Dragon Soul's Electrowing Dagger is beautiful with this set also very Warlock Thematic and matches the unfolding wings! Drops from Heroic Hagara as noted.

Daga Incendiaria di Avool basically same model as above, but agility, feel free to use this instead if it drops first.
Uhn'agh Fash, il Tradimento Oscuro has a lot of silver, some purple fire, purple markings, and a very very warlocky feel.
Daga d'Elementio for the ultimately lazy, a crafted item that could be a match if you like it. I find it acceptable. I'll probably go with Electrowing Dagger myself though for the wings. :P

Green Fire Warlocks
Note: too bad we can't get LFR Norushen's Shortblade, it'd be kind of cool for green fire locks despite how awkward a match it is.

I did find one, and rogues cry, cry, cry about the fact the illusions don't work, but the dagger's glow is SUITED to this set and the blade to our green fire...and it sheaths on the back. ^_^;

Heroic is now Mythic for SoO!

Very nice purple/blue (Comes also in Heroic Warforged) from Heroic SoO: Lama Furiosa di Kil'ruk (For people who are patrons, the images on that were mysteriously displaced during magical transition to Mythic but this will hover to pictures Lama Furiosa di Kil'ruk so you can quick hover)
Sciabola Incantata degli Shao-Tien purple and silver, though more lavender, heroic SoO only also Warforged version available.
Xifeng, Lama Lunga del Guardiano Titanico Normal SoO, may be too pale of a blue glow and have too much gold, there are cloaks that could tie in the gold but you'd also need an offhand change to tie in the gold cloak (May I suggest Drappo della Torre Violacea to tie in the gold/purple combos as your cloak with this weapon?) and weapon probably. (off-hand options to tie-in the gold color on the weapon: Globulo Primordiale Putrescente or perhaps Globo del Comando di Lei Shen or maybe Bottiglia di Potenti Intrugli Bottiglia di Potenti Intrugli both are same model, one's HM one's normal mode. There may be others with similar tie-ins of purple/blue and gold but those are some ideas)
Do-tharak, la Spezzalame The main body color matches the top of the helm and several parts of the gear. Red gems match other parts. This is solid combination if you can get it to drop. It's a boss drop off any boss in Heroic ToT.
Bevianima Good old Heroic Souldrinker from Dragon Soul off of Madness of Deathwing, might be too plum-colored for you, but have a look and see if you like. It's brutal-looking on a caster.
Spada Maligna di Maldo Not a direct match to the neon blues, but instead to the muter purples of the set, and if you check same model as you'll find a host of 6 available BoP possible drops that you can acquire instead of hunting the auction house or praying for this BoE sword to drop for you. It's also a really attractive and Warlock-thematic caster sword. Good luck getting one of the 7 copies of this model if you choose this 1H sword as your sword mog!
Lama delle Anime Unique modelled bind on equip str sword, unfortunately unlike the swordcane, so you'll have to pray for it on AH, or hope it drops for you and your friends. Also matches the more mute purple tones in the armor and the pale lighted portions.
Sputasangue, Lama dell'Agonia di Kel'Thuzad heroic 25 Lich King's basic caster sword. Purple to match the brighter purple on the armor. Kind of glows brightly
