This is the old Level 70 entry-level PVP set that was loaded into the Rep vendors around 2.3 or so. Its a nice- looking set all told- darker than the mage, but still captures the feel of the warlock class. This is also what a lot of people were wearing in battlegrounds. PVP players wore this if they were gearing up for Arenas, and PVE players wore this while earning their welfare epics so they could get into Heroics and Lower Kara.

For those that don't quite like the hood or shoulders, I've come up with some gear that (imo) looks great with this set:

*This is my current transmog set (out of 3 other mog sets)

Helm: Mercury Coated Hood (though the color is lighter than the main set) or
Demonfang Ritual Helm

Shoulders:Furious Gladiator's Felweave Amice

Belt:currently using Crafted Dreadful Gladiator Cord of Accuracy

As for weapons, if you want some matching themed arsenal to go with this gear:

Staff: Damnation
Sword:Treachery's Bite or Blade of Wizardry
Dagger: Organic Lifeform Inverter
Off-Hand: Fetish of the Primal Gods
