I found Mantello Invernale della Sentinella, Scudo Onorifico di Mazthoril and Spira di Cristallo di Karabor to be a good match for the rest of the T7 shaman set.

If you are unlucky and have not obtained the belt from Naxxramas then you could perhaps try and go for Cinturone della Preservazione del Naturalista and keep it for a placeholder until you acquire the belt intended for T7 shaman set.

If you want a more neutral but nice looking shield you could try for Scudo Bastione della Luce which drops in MH.

I am also fairly sure that you could use Cappa dello Squalo Demoniaco with this set - it is a simple but awesome cape.

If you're attempting to gather this set by yourself, but get stuck on key bosses like Patchwerk, or get sick of clearing Nax every week, you can also get gloves, chest and legs from Archavon il Guardiano della Pietra, which is easily solo'd

While not a perfect match, The Skull of Ruin/The Face of Death is decent shield for the set, and it (The Skull of Ruin, as The Face of Death is the original Naxx version) drops off of Gluth/Grobbulus, whom are necessary to farm this set anyway.

Tower of the Mouldering Corpse is a perfect fit for staff with this xmog. It has the blue, silver, and even red flame glow.

This set uses the Blue variant of the "Shaman C2 Raid" artwork and forms a complete eight-piece set of the art. The pieces can all be gained from 10-person Naxxaramas, Vault of Archavon and Obsidian Sanctum, either as tier tokens or direct loot

There are actually three other colours of this set in the artwork database, but sadly only one is currently available. See:

Red: Earthshatter Battlegear (Recolor)
The remaining colours are Green (bottle green with yellow-orange lights / details) and Purple (dark purple with yellow lights / details). As far as I can tell, neither has any pieces available in the game, which is a shame for such a beautiful set

In addition, the original The Earthshatterer has several design similarities to this one, especially in the helm and shoulders.

I think that this set, paired with Falce del Signore del Gelo Ahune and Insegna dell'Araldo della Luce, is killing, especially on a Female Draenei Shaman.
