Definitely the best looking of the Druid tier (Excluding T3 which is no longer available).

So I did looking into how to acquire this set for my resto druid & here's where you can get all the pieces (all info acquired via wowhead searches)

Two pieces of the set can actually be bought with JP (So you don't HAVE to farm Naxx forever!) The other pieces are ONLY available in the Naxx 25/OS 25 Man versions, so I would suggest maybe a small group just to help with mechanics of fights.

Teir Tokens: (Turn into Valerie Langrom in Dalaran)
Helm: Naxx - Kel'Thuzad
Chest: Naxx - Gluth or 4 Horsemen
Gloves: Obsidian Sanctum - Sartharion
Shoulder: Teir Vendor in Dalaran ( Arcanista Adurin for Alliance & Magistro Brasael for Horde) - 417JP (or Lotheb in Naxx)
Legs: Teir Vendor in Dalaran (Arcanista Adurin for Alliance & Magistro Brasael for Horde) - 660 JP (or Gluth or Thaddius in Naxx)

NOTE:
Teir tokens with two bosses: Gluth ran about a 19% drop rate on the teir pieces, but the other bosses listed had much higher drop rates. But I placed Gluuth in here just so if you can and didn't get the token, Gluuth COULD be an option for a second chance!

Non-Teir Items:
Swarm Bindings: Naxx - Anub'Rekhan
Esteemed Bindings: Naxx - Instructor Razuvious
Belt of Potent Chanting: Naxx - Noth the Plaguebringer (Better Drop rate than Cinch)
Shackled Cinch: Naxx - Gothik the Harvester

Now boots aren't listed in this, but I think Stivali Mangiucchiati di Rainey looks just right and is purchased from the same vendor as the teir leg and shoulder token for only 417JP!

Viable matching boots are Stivali delle Ferite Infette, Stivali del Prigioniero Fuggito, and (as already noted by trameria) Stivali Mangiucchiati di Rainey.

this is the cloak im using on this set. If u look at it from the back you can se that the green scales on the cloak matches the once on the robe.

Still looking for an awsome Polearm for this tho.

Any suggestions?

I'd defnitely recommend using the Vincolasogni staff which drops from Freya in Ulduar. In my opinion, it is THE druid staff in game.

For those who choose to use a 1h, Martello Robusto Crepato matches pretty well, and comes from 25m Naxx to boot, so if you're lucky you can pick it up on one of your armor xmog runs. It drops off Patchwerk, and a much smaller chance off Gluth. The color of the offhand Saga di Terokk matches the mace, however the 3 bright green dots throws it off just slightly imo. Still a good enough match in my book.

I'm somewhat disgusted how few posts there are for this awesome set. I'm surprised no one has noticed that theres already a transmog example in game. Ser Ithariusis a green dragon sporting the T7.5(minus the helm). Hes usingBastonombra di Terokkwhich goes well with the vibrant shades of light and dark green. And wearingMantello delle Piume di Kea. An alternative if you don't want to farm the belt from naxx isCintura della Vita Polare. Its not an ideal match since its mainly more yellow and orange and uses the T8 design, but the designs on the belt match decently with the robes. Other staffs not listed here that would work well areBastone della Ferocia Bastone Selvaggio Draenei. If you're absolutely stuck with a polearm, then useLancia del Rancore.

I saw someone today pair this set with the Giubba da Nomade. This way they had the option to show the Leggings instead of the skirt (which is what the chest piece does). The Giubba da Nomade may be a little on the plain side (and you may have to farm the AH for it...), but the green is a perfect match!

I'm mogging that amazing set, and i'm using Spire of Sunset, as a kinda matching staff to go with it.
It was the staff i used when i was raiding Naxx so, it hits the spot for me.

I find that Cintura del Torturato matches really well with the set as well. The patterns on the belt match up with the design on the robes.

I personally feel that Talismano dell'Occultista Alafatua is a pretty decent off hand for this set. It is a little lighter/brighter in color but I like it. Also a mace that is passable but not ideal is Scettro dei Grumyan

For a cloak, I found Drappo Coperto di Fango to be a pretty good match.
For staves, I personally went with Tocco Illuminante, but Spira dei Sogni Avvizziti is also pretty awesome as well.

Good alternative to the headpiece that comes with the set is Copricapo Piumato.

It matches well and, in my opinion, looks better.

Also, no one here mentioned Eredità di Arlokk. It looks very good with this set, you may want to check it out.

I'm surprised nobody has recommended Portatore di Non Morte for this set yet. To me it seems like a perfect match (or atleast an epic match), which is why i use it myself.

For those looking for other cape options for this set, check out the Cappa degli Aracnidi. Its blue matches the accent color on the tier chest, shoulders, and helm perfectly, while its greens goes well with the overall look of the set.

I am using a simpler looking staff for my transmog, the often-in-the-AH Bastone della Furia Naturale.

I don't like dresses, even though Dreamwalker (and its variants) are amazing. So, Corazza Foderata della Noncuranza or its leather-working match Armatura di Dragonpelle Malvagia provide a great non-dress substitute.
However, if you have a great deal of gold, patience, and luck (all of which is required) or have the original saved- then I advise to go for the Original Dreamwalker Raiment chest-piece: Giubba del Vagasogni from the Black Market Auction-house (wherever it may be situated now/in the future)
Pair the chest with the Camicia da Lavoratore Verde and you have your gear settled, all you need now is a weapon. For a 2h weapon I can only recommend one, because of how perfectly it fits the colour-scheme and druidic-theme- Vincastro degli Istinti Primordiali

Martello della Fiamma Purificata and Calice della Luce Rovente go perfectly with this set if you're going with a 1h + offhand combo. With a staff, Spira dei Sogni Avvizziti would do it, I personally like Enchanter's Illusion - Mending on mine. :D

I think that Copertura del Canto Notturno del Conquistatore is a good option for the head. As for staffs, Asta della Fermezza is the best imo, but you can use Bastonombra di Terokk as an alternative.

I'm actually really surprised how underrated Tocco Illuminante is. I find the color of the staff to go somewhat well with the set. Personally I think it is one of the best staves to match this set.

I found the BEST matching Cloak for this to be Drappo del Custode della Rovina?bonus=1801 Drape of the Doomguard

Because the scales on the upper part match nicely with the scales on the arms of the set, the color palette is almost spot on, and the lines on the artwork flow with the lines on the set. Give it a look!
