Complete the set with the Blood Knight Tabard (paladins only) and a Blood Knight Defender or Bloodforged Guard

Retribution Paladins can try getting a Greatmace of the Order or a Blood Knight Maul

Still, it's a shame that this is a mail set when it's blatantly a set for Blood Elf Paladins. Hopefully blizz would upgrade them to plate in a future patch so that we can transmog this awesome looking set :)

Identical in every way to the Battleforge set, with the exception of the shoulders which don't match the set nearly as well as the Battleforge shoulderguards do.

The Battleforge pieces are also easier to farm as they are level 20 greens that drop off trash, as well as the end boss, in Gnomer.

This set uses the Crimson (red, gold and black) variant of the "B5 mail" artwork and forms a complete six-piece set of the art.

Like many older artwork sets, no art was ever created for the head or shoulder pieces. While there are "Blood Knight" pieces for the head and shoulders, and Battleforge Shoulderguards, they use unrelated art and so aren't listed here. Just pick whatever you think looks best, there are no pieces that were designed specifically to match.

If you prefer chunkier boots, Stivali da Sbarco use the same artwork and colour.

There are three other colours of this artwork in the database but only one is available in the game, see:

Red and gold (officially "Gold"): Blood Knight Mail (Recolor)
There's a magenta and red (officially "Purple") set that has only a single piece in the game: Schinieri di Landa Fatua. It certainly would have made for a bright set!
The final colour (completely unavailable) is grey metalwork with red and gold detailing (officially "Red")

I have a mixture of Blood Knight and Battleforge armor pieces, plus I used Pettorale Corazzato Inciso instead of the Pettorale Corazzato del Cavaliere del Sangue that goes with the set. I also used Corona della Distruzione instead of the head piece that comes with the set. I think playing around with the different pieces, you can come up with a unique look.

I've changed my chest piece to the Cotta Energizzata that drops from Dire Maul by Alzzin the Wildshaper. I've uploaded a screenshot.

The Ravager's Mantle is my personal choice for shoulders with this set. It works well with a Raging Berserker's Helm or something similar. Throw on a black cape and tabard, and you have a pretty nice looking outfit.

they don't list the shoulders here, but I used the battleforge shoulderguards. I don't like the helm at all because the color doesn't match and it's ugly, so I went without. Not my favorite but not so bad

I really love this set, well the boots and the gloves, to put a very fine point on it. During my farming runs i realized something important that most normal folks may have figured out...you have to double check that u are in the normal dungeon, something i wasn't paying attention to...
as far as this set goes i'm using the gloves and boots, i don't like this set's shoulders look so i went with herod's shoulder, on my guild acheve hunter, along with the inferno forged legs (you can get in shat) which match very nicely. Also if you like them eye ball shoulders (like i do) the tier set shoulders from battle for hyjal go very nicely (which i have on my main) for the helm i'm going to try for the "gas mask" token as the color matches the shoulders from hyjal and would look nice with the set, the stylin' crimson hat doesn't look half bad either.

I found Spallaccio del Campione Herod seems the best choice as matching shoulders,they're easly obtainable and have a good style in my opinion.

I'm still working on getting Corona della Distruzione. Ragnaros hasn't been co-operative with that project.

And I am using a gun as my weapon, but it can be transmogrified into a bow, which I've done.

I paired this lovely set with Taoren, il Bruciatore d'Anime and Visori Ghiacciferi!
I found that it all matched quite well, The blue color in the goggles and gun match, and the gun has the gold and red of the Transmog set.
It is pretty perfect imo :)

I have the Battleforge set on my hunter and a good bow to mog with it is the Skyfire Hawk-Bow you get from Warbringer O'mrogg in the Shattered Halls. Great looking set. :)

Also Corona Spietata fits well
For shoulders Spallacci Inanellati Ardenti (same model: Paraspalle di Iperione) was the best i found this far (also Coprispalle della Crociata del Deserto)

Nice set and i'm quite sad there is no plate variant :(

For shoulders you can use Paraspalle Capolavoro its hard to get but you might find it on AH.
And also for cloak you can use Mantello Reale di Lunargenta thats also hard too get but you might find it on AH.

Technically, Spallacci Foderati della Forgia di Battaglia would be one of the shoulders for this set, but I prefer Spallacci dell'Aviatore, it's the same art work, but since it's a little more gold and prettier shaped layers, i think it goes better. They are a reward from Sbriciola Rocciafatua, a 'wanted sign' quest in Netherstorm, so less grinding than a random world drop.
While in Netherstorm, there are two quests that reward the matching boots. I found Stivali da Sbarco easier to get, second of two quick quest that require nothing to have been opened up to get to. Just go see Commerciante del Vento Tuluman at 34.6, 37.8

As plate wearers, I say this calls for us to be able to transmog any mail that we can wear below level 40. While being a tank it makes me grind my teeth seeing mail I would love to transmog when I reach 90 and am wearing some more top tier plate armor.

I found these three amazing for this set together.

1Gioiello del Signore del Fuoco It cost 20 Dollars from the Blizzard Store.
2) Coprispalle dell'Uccello di Fuoco This is the best possible shoulders to get for this set unless a better one comes out during WoD. You need to complete heroic Terrance of Endless Spring, so I suggest waiting until next expansion because they are making it easier to solo old content.
3) Balestra della Fenice del Gladiatore Spietato Is an amazing Crossbow for this set. Remember that Crossbows, Bows, and Guns can be transmoged together. For example if you try to transmog a crossbow, but have a bow it will work.
4) Cresta del Drago Perfezionata For enhancement shamans
5) Too many weapons look epic for Elemental Shamans, so I well let you decide with wowmodelviewer.

If you transmog this as a hunter, in my opinion these go great with the set
Pet: ember Worg (outside blackrock mountain) terrorpene (rare flame turtle in mount hyjal) or a red corehound.
Helm: crown of destruction
And if you want EVERYTHING to match
Weapon: arcanite steam pistol
Mount: black drake ( guaranteed drop from sartharion 10 man with all 3 drakes up)

Had the Masterwork Girdle fall for me while this was my transmog set. It goes very well as a replacement belt. Matches the gloves and boots a bit more. :)

I made a set that focuses on the fiery and also helps emphasize the black in the outfit.

Sunfury Bow of the Phoenix comes pretty standard for hunters using this set. (And if you're not running Lone Wolf, get yourself a Ravager Specimen for a pet). Combine with Blazing Wings, a Crown of Flame/Crown of Destruction depending on which you like more, Phoenix Wing Cloak of course, then add ontop of and under that some Talhide Shoulders and a Stylish Black Shirt which complement the other colors of the set nicely. Dye your hair black for bonus style points.

If anyone wants to assemble that into a working item comparison tool, I'd appreciate it, thing won't cooperate for me.

I use this set on my Nelf Female Hunter and I like to use Ornate Girdle as belt, Crown of Destruction as helm and Heartstriker as bow; I like a lot how this combination looks!
