Forgive my colorblindness, but isn't this the same exact design we get at the end of our mandatory questline in the Death Knight starting area? Seems a little... redundant. I'm sure a lot of people keep it.

This is found from large crates of salvage rarely if you are a Death Knight. I'm not positive but when I equipped pieces of it in game it seemed to be a marginally lighter shade than the starter zone gear which it looks similar to.

For those who don't know you can repurchase any of the first two sets of Death Knight gear at Acherus for about 20 silver for the entire set so I would recommend that instead.

The one part of this set which isn't listed, and which you might actually be interested in, is Granspada del Cuore Ferito/Lama Runica del Cuore Ferito, which is a pretty cool weapon and one that you cannot buy at Acherus. This is the only Death Knight piece (pieces, w/e) you get from Garrisons which you cannot obtain anywhere else.

The other weapon obtainable from your big crates, Lama del Cuore Ferito, is identical to Artiglio di Zannabrina.

EDIT: Upon closer inspection, you can notice that the headpiece is ever so slightly different in texture from the Saronite set you can buy at Acherus (take a good look at the tusks and the "beard," the Heart-Lesion version is slightly brigher). Whether you find the difference to be enough to warrant farming the piece is up to you, but in my opinion the difference is so slight it's not worth it.

While this Transmog Set was first introduced for the WoD Salvage Yard, it has since been used for the BfA pre-expansion event (the Gravewalker's items) but the easiest way to unlock this set is to create a Class Trial Death Knight character.
Simply log into that character once, open the Scrigno dell'Avventuriero to also unlock the weapon appearances. You can then delete this character.
If you're using addons at all, I suggest going to a realm where you don't have characters yet, and disable all addons after creating the character, before logging in.
You can do this for all classes, obviously, for the sets mentioned in arabus80's comment.
