This set uses the purple-green (officially "C1 Purple") variant of the Horde PvP Mail artwork. It was obviously popular with Blizzard as they used it for a few other PvP sets: Grand Marshal's Earthshaker, High Warlord's Earthshaker, Warlord's Earthshaker (all Shaman-only) and High Warlord's Pursuit (Hunter-only).

There were matching bracers for the same artwork and colour: Bracciali di Maglia del Maresciallo, Bracciali Allacciati del Maresciallo, Bracciali di Maglia del Generale and Bracciali Allacciati del Generale, but they're currently missing from the game. Hopefully they'll be returned.

I haven't noticed any matching belt of the same artwork. Judging by the files, if it exists it should look a lot like the plate belt Cinturone di Ossotetro, only in the purple-green colouring of this set.

There's only one other colour of this set in the artwork database and it's available in the game:

Gold-green (officially "Green"): Warlord's Pursuit (Hunter-only)

There are two other Horde PvP Mail sets with design similarities, but different texturing:

Brown ("A1 Brown"): Champion's Stormcaller and Scuotiterra del Tenente Comandante (Shaman-only). The latter currently has no transmog page, so click on the link to see its set page
Red ("B1 Red"): Champion's Pursuance (Hunter-only)

I just tried it about an hour ago, and you can't transmogrify level 60 PvP gear. Don't worry, I did my 70 PvP gear about a week ago, so that's still there. Still disappointed that I can't use this awesome set though.

Belt of the Fallen Wyrm and Blue Belt of Chaos fits this set almost perfectly!

Belt of the Fallen Wyrm is dropped by Razorscale (25), the 2nd boss in Ulduar, and Blue Belt of Chaos is made from Leatherworking. The pattern is dropped in Ulduar (25) as well, from either Flame Leviathan, Ignis the Furnace Master, XT-002 Deconstructor, Steelbreaker or Auriaya.

Players who are eligible to transmog this appearance need to have achieved Cavalier Capitano/Legionario back in vanilla or 1800 RBG rating. They can purchase transmogrifiable versions from vendors in Area 52.
