Mug'gok travels between Bleeding Hollow Ruins and Veil Lithic in more or less a straight line - he does not use roads. This means that you'll have to deal with other mobs during the fight, but they really shouldn't be too much of a problem. Very easy 10k experience.

Essence of Water is an elemental building block of many crafting recipes. It adds the virtues of storms and power to any item.This item can be fished in Azshara or You can get it from Toxic Horror mob in Felwood. I am farming this essences just for bussiness in the Auction House, nothing more nothing less.

Muggok is a total pain so be prepared to wait if someone tags him first. Best place is to stand on one end of the Sketti Village killing random things while you wait. You will see a red /yell message from Muggok calling the "Birdies" out to play. At this point he is close to the village. Tag him before he gets into the village so you won't have to fight anything but him. He goes down quick like most ogres but has knockback which is a pain for casters.

Running around the area searching for him only results in aggroing the dense Warp Stalker and Spider spawns as well as the Skettis who you will aggro everytime you try to turn the this sucessive chain of quests.

[I'd like to propose something of a trade: demonstrate your good intentions by helping me resolve a little problem, and I'll help you rescue your comrade.

The ogres are an ancient enemy of my people, and lately they have begun to filter back into our forest from the grasslands of Nagrand.

One particular ogre, Mug'gok, is quite an adventurous fellow, but none too bright. He goes back and forth between causing trouble for his friends at the Bleeding Hollow Ruins and trying to provoke us.]
