This quest is quite difficult to finish solo.
Clerk Horrace Whitesteed is located in the town hall in Hillsbrad Fields but is surrounded by a number of Councilmen and Town Registry. Good idea to complete "Battle of Hillsbrad" at the same time.

Miner Hackett is a little easier but is slow to get to (rogues have it easier) but watch out for patrols.

The required level is 19 not 17. Got the bow for my hunter with a little help from a guildmate ;) Really good for level 19.

i fonund the quest as easy as pie but i was lvl 32 when i got it hunnter soloedeasily pet takes aggro but be care full in the town hall mobs can reach lvl 25 and your pet can be VERY VERY stupid i died the first time because my pet decided to go and attak all the mobs they killed him fast and then came for me not a pleasant ending

Farmer Kabala is with the farmers and peasants at the southermost part of the Fields. She's easy to kill solo.

Citizen Wilkes wanders the road between the fields and the buildings. Just wait until he's away from the footmen, and he's easy to kill solo.

Clerk Horrace is in the Town Hall. You will either have to aggro him from the enterance, probably with adds, or sneak/fight your way into the hall. Bring a friend, it'll be a lot easier.

Miner Hackett wanders around Azurelode Mine, and you not only have to find him, but fight your way through level 26-27 Miners. Reccomended that you bring a friend.

this quest was very easy, three out of four are at the hillsbard fields, Citizen Wilkes is standing on the road , Clerk Horrace Whitesteed is inside the town hall (beware of his guards, killing one at a time is easy but you can end up fighting 3 at a time, which is bad ) Farmer Kalaba is at the big farm at the middle of hillsbard fields.

miner hackett can be find at azurelod mine south to hillsbard fields, hackett is inside the mine, turn right when available and then keep going straight and you'll find him

to bad that as a druid i cant where neither one of the rewards but the exp is fine

Citizen Wilkes- found along the road in Hillsbrad Fields.

Farmer Kabala- found on the southeastern corner of Hillsbrad Fields in the garden.

Clerk Horrace Whitesteed- found inside the building that has a big white wall around it. in the last room, be careful of the level 30 in there.

Miner Hackett- found in a mine south of Hillsbrad Fields, make sure to not aggro too many miners.

Wouldn't recommend doing this quest at 18 when you can get it, unless you enjoy damaging your armor, and running to your dead body from the graveyard.

I currently have a level 28 hunter and I was able to take out Clerk Horrace Whitesteed by hanging out in the room adjacent to the main room of the building and sent my pet in to take him out while I sniped him from distance. Luckily he was standing near a table in the middle of the room, right on the edge of my visual range.

Everyone else in the room went for my pet as I took out the guy and ran fast after I killed him. :P

Completed this quest in lv 24 with help from a 20 hunter :)
the miner was the hard, since the mobs inside were lvl 26~28 if i remember right, but we could still quite easy take out 2 of them

This quest is ridiculous. I'm a 28 Shaman, and I couldn't even get close to the miner without aggro-ing everyone and their brother. The other three targets are easy kills. SKIP!

Soloed Hackett pretty easily as a 29 warlock solo, actually. He was wandering around near Bonds.

No....if it was there would be something MORE that is one word one three letter word...its not an easter egg -_-

On topic I did this quest as a 19 warrior ...grouped up with two pallys and we pretty much blasted through it...wasnt to difficult, though I did almost no damage because of the level difference i missed constantly

...Wait to do this quest unless you got some nice friends to help you out...atleast 25-28ish

Miner Hackett was a piece of cake! (Lvl 27 tauren hunter). Went straight into the mine, killing the mobs that I need to to get him...sent my pet in, and didn't aggro a thing. good luck! :D

Just soloed as a lvl 24 Tauren Hunter. Only two really difficult to kill are they are the Clerk and the Miner. My advice is just take your time, but kill all the mobs as you go you don't want them joining in the fight at the wrong time.

With the Clerk I did the same as Esch, sent the pet in. The Clerk was in the middle of the room and I could shot him from the ajoining room. The miner was again a matter of patience killed all the miners as I went through waited for the pats to come and they did , two lvl 27 Foreman, got those two then went in for the kill. Again just take you time, pick them off one by one and you can do it.

Pretty Happy now I've got myself a nice bow. Silly Hat - but it's a hat. Good Luck.

This quest was fairly easy for me at 22. The only part I had trouble with was:

1. MINER HACKET. DO NOT DO THIS PART ALONE, I DONT CARE IF YOU ARE 30.

He is surrounded by mobs and you have to be lucky to get him in an area with not many people.

Just solo'd this, including Miner Hackett, as a 24 ret paly. :)
Didn't bubble or heal when fighting Hackett either.

During Midsummer the exclamation point for this quest is neigh invisible behind the draping that covers it fully unless you shove your camera into the floor.

I miss those 10 minutes of my life.

Miner Hackett. Wanted for the murder of Deathstalker Fry.

Farmer Kalaba. Wanted for the ambush of supplies from the Undercity.

All of these enemies are hiding and will be hard to find. A reward will be granted upon notice of their death.
