Hareem Helheim is located beneath the large stone and wood building at 87 / 31; Krasarang Wilds. Walk inside the building and a bit to the left. The gate to the jail area is down. *Click* on it and the gate will rise. Go down the stairs and Hareem Helheim, a lvl 90 ELITE awaits you. To your right (his left) stands his sexy minion. left of him is Fenix Hexwrench, Hareem's small Bodyguard. The Minion and Fenix are both normal lvl 90's and not Elite.
