A severed arm, a heart, some sort of nonhuman head, and a human head, a draenei disguise, some deadly poisons, a symbol of the elemental fire god and a murder's tookit. You also appear to be wearing a full set of twilight cultist robes.

This quest is still not yet active, and only Blizz will know when it will be. I suggest ignoring phase 3 until phase 2 is done with (this will probably end at weekly maintenance wednesday), and likely be live for one week following then. This will leave us with phase 4 to keep us busy and hand us ilevel 251 epics to make us feel good until Cata releases 7th dec.

This quest is started by Justine Demalier, at the center of the trade district. 62.8, 71.6.

This quest requires you to have completed all the other event quests. It's a shame you have to turn in your doomsday board now.

i've completed all of the quests leading up to talking to justine demalier, but she does not give me any quest. doesn't even open a dialogue box. i've opened a ticket.

Stormwind Citizen says:

Stormwind City Guard says:

Calm down! We'll get to everybody in time...
Keep it down! We'll get this sorted out as soon as we can.
Be patient, citizens. Yelling at us won't change anything.
The more you shout, the longer it will take to resolve this.
I could just close the gates, and then nobody would get in...
The king is only doing what's necessary to keep the city safe.

If you find yourself behind during phase 4 and didn't finish phase 3 take the portal to the gates then walk out into Elwynn and the citizens will reappear and you will phase out of the new invasion then you can go back into the city to the trade district then obtain the quest. Hope this helps.

Any idea why this quest is showing up as a Night Elf specific, Hunter specific quest?

If you're a shammy or druid on a populated server (especially if you're a shammy) this quest is fun. Shapeshift into an animal form and wander around sniffing the citizens, then bark or growl at one of them and search him. Bit of entertainment for anyone who happens to be on the quest.

[After your work in dealing with the Twilight's Hammer cult, Captain Anton recommended you for a delicate assignment.

My men recently discovered a group of cultists attempting to sneak into the city. The flow of traffic into the Stormwind has come to a halt. The king has decreed that all visitors must be searched before they can enter the gates. Take this copy of his proclamation and read it to the people assembled at the front gates, then assist the guards there in searching those who wish to enter.]
