Blackhoof Village is shown @ 42, 13 if you refer directly to the map.
It's North of Brackenwall Village.
Travelling there, the entrance starts @ 45,17.
My 1st pick of armament is 44,16 to 43, 16 then 42, 15 and so on. You will be able to see it once u pass the entrance(bcos new patch2.3 makes it glitter!)

The guards, Grimtotems Breaker lv36/37 walk up & down..so becareful. Solo-ed this as a lv36 arcane mage n i feel that.. they hit hard. Can't take 2 at a time, i tried n died =(

The Coords above are confirmed. Once you get this done you can head over to 46,17 and do Stinky's Escape once this is done you will be close to the "North Tower" and do Twilight of the Dawn Runner if you haven't done so already. I soloed all these quest as a 39 Druid, with ease! Good Luck

Edit: While doing the quest to get the Blackhoof Armaments I noticed they have a fast respawn time so you should not have to go in very far to get the 7 that you need to complete the quest as you can just go back and get the ones you already looted. I had to kill maybe 4 mobs to complete the quest, The Breakers have a knock back attack where they will launch you a few yards back and the Shape Shifter (I think) will spawn in 2 "Ghost Wolfs" that will despawn once you kill the main mob. Also don't forget to do The Grimtotem Plot while here!

The Shady Rest Inn quest chain can start either at the Inn itself, from the objects, or from Brackenwall Village (37.6,31.7), Dustwallow Marsh.
If the player chooses to start the quest chain in Brackenwall, Krog (36,31) will give the following quest:

Inspecting the Ruins

This quest completes at Inspector Tarem (29.6,47.5), located just outside of the inn, who will then use powder to help 'illuminate' the "clues." This basically causes purple arrows to appear, pointing at the individual quest objects strewn about the destroyed inn. Obtaining and completing this quest is not necessary, as the quest chains can be started directly from the objects regardless.

From the Shady Rest Inn (29.4,47.5), the quest branches into three paths, each starting when a different item gets looted.
The first quest for each chain will have you bring the three items to Krog in Brackenwall Village.

Loot the Black Shield (29.6,48.6):

Loot the Theramore Guard Badge (29.8,48.2):

After completing all three quest chains, Krog will offer a fifth The Black Shield quest, asking players to bring the Blackened Iron Shield to Mosarn (55.6,79.6) in Thunder Bluff.

Mosarn will then volunteer new information regarding the "mystery" and starts the following short chain:

[We've gleaned as much as we can from the ruins of the inn. I'm concerned about where the investigation will lead us from here, but we must know the truth.

Between the hoofprints and the shield with Mosarn's mark, I'm lead to believe that the Grimtotems may have been involved. They've recently established a settlement in the swamp, Blackhoof Village to the northeast. Travel to Blackhoof Village and search for more arms of Mosarn's manufacture.]
