Feronas Sindweller in Felwood gives you a quest. A memory of Arthas and Illidan appears after you accepted it. You have to help Illidan fighting during this memory. For the 1st quest you help Illidan fighting against Arthas. After the fight Arthas tells Illidan about the Skull of Gul'dan corrupting Felwood. For the 2nd quest you help Illidan getting the Skull of Gul'dan. For the 3rd quest you help Illidan fighting against Tichondrius. After this you get a 4th quest where Tyrande Whisperwind and Malfurion Stormrage talk to Illidan.

Malfurium Stormrage says: Foul demon! What have you done with my brother?
Illidan Stormrage says: It is I, Malfurion. This is what I've become.
Tyrande Whisperwind says: No! Illidan, how could you?
Illidan Stormrage says: The leader of the undead has been destroyed, and the forests will heal in time.
Malfurium Stormrage says: At the cost of your soul? You are no brother of mine! Begone from this place, and never set foot in our lands again!

ICC was just a setback!

This is technically incorrect because Arthas in the memory is in full Lich King armor.

In Wc3 this memory happened before Arthas merged with the Lich King.

He looks so hilariously disgruntled.

And maybe I'm just unlucky, but he spammed Death Coil on my face just as enthusiastically as he did in WC3. Damn it, Menethil.

Arthas now properly appears as his Death Knight pre-LK model, rather than his inaccurate Lich King model.

It was fixed in either 4.1 or 4.2.

Fun fact, if you use the model viewer (view in 3D button above), he can use all of the newer animations like holding the heart of azeroth (called ArtOffLoop) as well as walking drunk, all class ready stances and casting animations plus a bunch of others. I think thats pretty interesting considering he uses a rather old model...
