The tank needs to turn the Cook away from the raid because the Infernal Destroy casts http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=29964 when summoned. Have the tanks shoot him with ranged attacks as he turns in the general direction of the attacker who shot him. If the tanks rotate their shots well enough, you can keep him spinning for the whole fight, as he will keep turning which prevents him from casting anything. This is the only way to defeat him as he demolishes any tank with Hateful Strike if they get into range.

Hard mode:
This puts a 7 minute timer to kill the Cook. If you are unsuccessful, Aura of Death will be cast and will force a wipe.
