My first thoughts upon seeing this beast: "Nope. Nuh-uh. No way. Nothin' doin'. If it weren't underwater, I'd kill it with fire. Since it lives underwater, I'll still kill it with fire."

Found his star out in the harbor, not too far from the first ferryman you're introduced to :)

Just a head's up if you are wondering...
Soloable, at least as a 120 Feral Druid. Finally got tired of NPCScan popping him up so I gave it a shot. G/L!

What's the respawn time?
And btw he partols a sea, usually i found him at very bottom on a map.
