Welcome to the third edition of our Weekend Content Suggestions series! Every Tuesday we highlight new weekly content in
Battle for Azeroth
, but based on recent survey feedback, many of our readers want reminders about tried-and-true content from older expansions that's fun to complete, separate from character progression or competitive content.
Here you will find spotlights on content from older expansions in WoW, perfect to work on over an uninterrupted stretch of time over the weekend. We'll theme the content based around recent WoW anniversaries, but if you have any suggestions as to good weekend
WoW
projects, leave them in the comments and we may feature them in a future post!

Anduin Cinematic and Quest
At the start of
Legion
,
Anduin Wrynn
quietly mourned the death of his father and stayed out of the spotlight in early patches. The
Tomb of Sargeras
patch caught up with Anduin in a new introspective questline showing how he comes to terms with his grief.
This questline starts from Alliance players looting

Pepe Costumes
We datamined four Pepe costumes during the 6.2 PTR. Currently, there are nine total costumes for Pepe and eight of them you can easily pick up year-round:

Molten Core
Molten Core is located inside of
Massiccio Roccianera
, which is located in the
Steppe Ardenti
. When you first enter the main chamber of Blackrock Mountain (with all the lava), you can see the entrance to Molten Core near the lower left chain suspending the large rock in the center. Talk to the NPC
Lothos Destavarco
and he will teleport you into the instance.
Ragnaros
is one of the most famous bosses in WoW, as he was the final boss of the first large raid
Nucleo Ardente
. Ragnaros was resistant to fire damage, required members of your raid to wear fire resistance gear, did a nasty knockback, and was surrounded by deadly pools of lava. Every three minutes, Ragnaros would submerge and your raid then needed to fight the Sons of Flame, who would drain mana if they got too close.
All Molten Core bosses up to
Golemagg
drop pieces of the
Tier 1 Raid Set
while the trash will drop bracers and belts for tier 1. Ragnaros drops the
leg pieces only
of the
Tier 2 Raid Set
.
Molten Core is also home to two legendaries:
Furiatonante, Lama Benedetta del Vento Eterno
is forged from the three main pieces found in Molten Core, along with
Formazione d'Elementio
found in
Blackwing Lair

Sulfuras, Pugno di Ragnaros
is created from the fusion of Ragnaros' rare drop,
