What You Need
What you need for most of these tactics are fairly simple and typically the most complicated thing on this list is having a Venthyr in Sanguine Depths to activate the lanterns

What to Do
For basic

management, the general goal is to try to extend the stacks of the buff as long as possible. You can kill mobs towards the end of the lantern duration to maximize the amount of stacks of the buff you gain. Here is a

Gaining the initial stacks of the buff is very important, but equally important is being able to extend the buff going from lantern to lantern. These 3 lanterns and pathing around them to extend your buff can speed up the dungeon a significant amount. If you have a 10 stack of the buff +

, then you can even kill

Other Ways to Extend
Spiteful and Explosive
Affixes such as
Perfidia
and

also interact with the

When to Use This
All of these tactics are practical in weekly keys and normal runs. Feel free to implement them as you see fit and use them very often as they can save you significant time and increase your overall damage by a lot.
