The Power of Night Campaign Quest Bugged - Renown 54 Difficult to Get

Players have started to notice that one of the Power of Night campaign quests is currently bugged, which is making Renown 54 difficult to get. While some players have found success logging out or going to Warmode, the majority of players are having trouble completing this Campaign step.
Minor Spoilers in the post.
The
Il potere di Elune
quest seems to be currently bugged with Tyrande despawning or unavailable to be subdued in the phase. Some players on the
quest's comments
have given some advice on how they were able to complete the quest, but it doesn't look like there Is currently a surefire way to avoid the bug on this quest.
The solution that most players have had success with is
bursting her down before she's able to reset
in a group. Based on
this comment
:
One player should run out of the zone and back to summon Tyrande
The entire group should burst her down within 8 seconds to get completion before she despawns.
Some of the other fixes that Wowhead users have mentioned are:
Swapping to Warmode
Going to Mists of Tirna Scithe and back
Hopefully this quest will be fixed soon.
