The Talismano dell'Inverno Eterno is a Neck item that can drop from Altimor il Predatore. Using this item can ensorcell the mind of a Beast found outdoors in the Shadowlands, compelling it to fight for you for five minutes. With a one-hour cooldown, the fun is, sadly, quite limited here.

The Anello con Sigillo Regale di Sire Denathrius is a Ring that can drop from Sire Denathrius. Equipping it will reduce the rate at which you incur the Eye of the Jailer in the Maw.

Pet & Mount

Speaking of Sire Denathrius, you can get his own sword as a pet! The Pomello Ingioiellato di Remornia is a unique Battle Pet that we know is related to Sire Denathrius somehow, but we're still unsure how exactly you can obtain it. As it's unique, there's speculation that it's an Ahead of the Curve reward.

Though there's no mount drop in this raid, the Stridente dei Bastioni is a mount that you can obtain from completing the Gloria dell'Incursore di Nathria achievement.

Bag

The Dimensione Tascabile Portatile is a unique bag that has a chance to drop from Ingegnere Xy'mox. Though it's not quite Borsa Nuova di Zecca del Papà, at 32-slots it's as big as the biggest crafted bags, which makes it still worth picking up.

Titles

is a title that can be earned by players who defeat Sire Denathrius on Mythic difficulty.

is for the first 100 Alliance and Horde guilds worldwide to finish the raid on Mythic.
