Scava-Tutto Cavacuoio
is located in Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale, at roughly 42 73 on the second floor of one of the houses by the Inn.
All of these shirts can be transmogged year-round, and with the recent change to transmog allowing players to hide chestpieces, you can create some interesting transmogs that show off these shirts.
