, one of the only mounts that work in The Maw!
Unlucky with the Mawsworn Soulhunter? If you're looking for a mount that works in the maw you can always go after the

, which is a reward from completing

in Torghast. You can also obtain the
craftable Bound Shadehound
if you are up for that grind.
Unlocking Beastwarrens Hunts
In order to unlock the Beastwarrens and Hunts, you need to have
Ambivalent
reputation with Ve'nari and unlocked the

How Often Are Beastwarrens Hunts?
Beastwarrens Hunts are on a bi-weekly lockout, similar to the N'Zoth Minor Invasions from Battle for Azeroth. There are 4 types of Hunts that contribute to the

achievement which means that you will see each Hunt once every 2 weeks.
Beastwarrens Hunts happen on the following order:
Shadehounds > Soul Eaters > Death Elementals > Winged Soul Eaters

Tuesday at 7:00 AM Pacific Time
Friday at 7:00 PM Pacific Time

Now Available: Shadehound Hunt
The Winged Soul Eater Hunt has been replaced by the Shadehound Hunt. The Shadehound Hunt grants 525 reputation with Ve'nari and 1 full Eye of the Jailer rank for the first time that you complete it this week.
The event is very similar to Wrath of the Jailer as all nearby players can participate and help contribute to the event when it spawns.
Completing the Shadehound Hunt grants you 525 reputation with Ve'nari and 1 full Eye of the Jailer rank.
Mawsworn Soulhunter - Mount in the Maw

, the final objective of the Shadehound Hunt has a chance to drop

, one of two mounts that is able to mount in the Maw! The only other mount that works in the Maw is the
Orrore dei Cunicoli
, obtained from Torghast within the Twisting Corridors.
If you've already killed the Gorged Shadehound this week and haven't gotten the drop, there's always next time. Shadehound Hunts will happen once every 2 weeks.
