Sanguicell - Crafting Reagent for Epic Armor from Uldir Bosses

Sanguicella
is one of Battle for Azeroth's profession reagents, dropping from the bosses in Uldir. In this post, we will talk more about it, including its usage, how to obtain it and unique scrapping properties.
Acquisition
Sanguicell, as its flavor text describes, drops from all bosses in Uldir.
Originating from Uldir, this reagent is regularly used in radical experimentation within the cursed facility.
The reagent drops in more than one difficulty every week, meaning you can farm lower difficulties if you want to obtain more Sanguicell. The difficulty drops are as follows:
LFR: 1

Normal: 1

Where Is It Used
Sanguicell is used to craft the most advanced patterns for Tailoring, Blacksmithing, and Leatherworking. For the other professions, Sanguicell does not currently have a use for the other professions, but it might be worth holding onto those for the future, as Blizzard might add something for more crafting professions or even a vendor in the same vein as the

, so they cannot be sold on the Auction House. They also have random stats when crafted.
The more advanced patterns have a progression system, that works as follows:
You learn the

piece of gear from your trainer in Boralus or Dazar'alor;

After crafting the piece, you will automatically learn the

version of the piece
The 370 piece requires

Scrapping a crafted piece gives you back all
Idronucleo

Sanguicella
