toy. This achievement requires you to recruit three special NPCs, but only one is up during each assault.
Today, Russel the Bard is finally up! Head to 72.4, 68.9, on the first floor of the Curious Octopus tavern. He can be targeted from the Mariner's Row flightpath.
With Russel up, players who acquired the other NPCs from past Faction Assaults now earn the

toy. It will summon one of the recruitable NPCs from

, who sells you special alcoholic drinks. Many of these are rare, and the items change each time you summon the NPC. Various drinks we've encountered include
