Blizzard has pushed hotfixes with
today's announcement of Soulbind changes
and some other changes.

Activating your Night Fae class ability puts flowers at your feet for (1510 * 1) sec that increase your Haste by 12% while you stand with them.
Field of Blossoms scales duration with the cooldown of your class Night Fae ability. Every class has a different duration. This nerf reduces everyone's duration by 33%.
