New Strings for Saving and Locking Account Data for Chinese Players Before NetEase Shutdown

A handful of new strings on the Dragonflight Patch 10.0.5 indicate that Blizzard is moving forward with their plans to allow Chinese players to save their account information ahead of the
impending shutdown of NetEase servers
on January 23rd.
Warcraft General Manager John Hight brought up this interim solution last month in his
WoW China update
, though players are still left wondering when this transition will occur, and how long they might have to wait.
Another question is what happens if players
don't
save their account data - whether they will be unable to play once Chinese servers are restored, or whether an automated backup will occur, as well as questions related to the security of these locally saved backups. However, the strings showing up in this newest PTR update also raises questions regardless the timeline; if the patch is intended to go live ahead January 23rd, or whether these backups can still be made after Chinese servers shut down.
