New Mythic+ Scaling and Season 3 Weekly Mythic+ Chest Rewards

Yesterday, we found out that base Mythic dungeons have also been scaled by 30% in Season 3 which makes keys much more difficult this Season -- A +10 in Season 3 will have the difficulty of a +15 from Season 2, ignoring the difference in difficulty of Seasonal affixes.
We also go over the upcoming rewards for next week's Season 3 Weekly Mythic+ chest and answer what keystone level players should try to complete this week at a minimum. Find out more in our

New Scaling Chart
If you look at what level keystone you want to do this Season, you can find the matching percent in the Season 2 column to compare the keystone levels.
For example, a +10 keystone in Season 3 feels like +178% and that's similar to a +15 keystone in Season 2 which had a +172%.
Notable Keystone Milestones for Season 3:

- Scaling of +15 Keystone in Season 2.

- Scaling of +22 Keystone in Season 2.
Combine this with the
Beguiling Affix
and keys are much more difficult this season. The base Mythic dungeons were scaled by 30%, to match the player power increase of ~30 Item Levels. However, with the increased scaling of Mythic keystones, dungeons are scaling much quicker than player power and making completing dungeons much harder.

With keys being much more difficult this Season, it's going to be much more difficult to raise the level of a key, unless you already have the level that you want. This is especially true in the first week when player power hasn't increased much yet. Completing a +15 week will be very difficult, unless you already have a +15 Keystone among your group.

What Keystone Level Should I Do This Week?
This next week, the first Season 3 Weekly Mythic+ Chest will be available. At a minimum, you should try to aim to complete at least a +15 Keystone this week (doesn't have to be timed). This awards you with
A piece of base item level 440 gear.

However, if you want more Titan Residuum, you should complete as high of a key as you can. If you're not interested in Rank 3 of the Mythic+ Essence, you can just complete a +10 this week and it will only take a week longer to create the Essence.
