More Neon Lightsaber Sword Transmogs Available from Zereth Mortis Rares in Patch 9.2

New variations of the
lightsaber sword transmog originally added in Chains of Domination
have been found on the Patch 9.2 PTR! These can be used to create really cool broker or Star Wars-themed transmogs.
With Patch 9.1, only one of the 5 datamined colors were added to the game, but currently on the 9.2 PTR, 3 out of the 4 remaining colors were found. Thanks to

for tipping us off about the newly added colors!
The original lightsaber weapon model was added with Patch 9.1 -
Zo'phex
, the first boss from
Tazavesh, il Bazar Celato
, drops
Lama Scuoiante dell'Interrogatore
and
Lama del Dolore Atroce
, with both these swords using the blue color variation.
The first available recolor of the lightsaber sword in Patch 9.2 is the purple variant with
Spada Risucchia-Animum
- This sword drops from the devourer rare
Fagocitatore
in Zereth Mortis. This rare spawns just south of Haven, and to trigger this rare, you must locate a Raptora NPC,
Matriarca
, and defend her from waves of devourers. The Engulfer will show up as the final mob of this mini-event.

A red recolor of the lightsaber sword is also available with
Sciabola Distintiva di Xy'rath
. This sword, like the name says, drops from the broker rare
Xy'rath l'Avido
, which spawns just north of Pilgrim's Grace. This rare has no requirements to spawn, but it is one of the tougher rares to solo in Zereth Mortis.

The final lightsaber sword currently available on the 9.2 PTR is a green version -

can be obtained from killing the rare

, located all the way to the south of Zereth Mortis in the Catalyst Gardens. This rare is initially unattackable, and to trigger it you must locate four roots by the bushes close to the rare spawn area and pull them out of the ground. Once all roots are pulled, the rare will emerge and attack you.
Gluttonous Overgrowth location
There is a final version of the lightsaber sword, a yellow/white version. A source for this version of the lightsaber model has not been found by the time of this post's publication, but efforts to seek it are being made!
