Blizzard doesn't want to reveal is 10.2 is in the last major patch or not.
New Druid customizations are coming in Patch 10.2 including new Moonkin customizations and other fiery Druid cusotmizations.
Class Changes for Patch 10.2 include:
All 3 Rogue specs
Broad healing changes including increasing power of single-target healing and looking at reducing big cooldowns. They are looking to make significant mana adjustments.
Druid specializations are being looked at.
Simplifying the Discipline Priest rotation.
Power Infusion is being looked at -- some tuning and how much it interacts with different specs.
Crests fragments are being removed with QoL coming to the gear upgrading system. Crests will be a currency in Patch 10.2.
They want to bring back the Brawler's Guild but not in Patch 10.2, as they want it to be evergreen smilar to the Mage Tower.
New mounts are coming: a Faerie Dragon mount and a Fire Owl from Mythic Fyrakk which is the first non-dragon mount with Dynamic Flying enabled.
A new brawl called Battleground Blitz is coming which will test Solo Queue RBGs.
