Final Hours of Con Before the Storm BlizzCon Party Kickstarter - Last Chance to Pledge

Con Before the Storm Powered by Wowhead, our BlizzCon 2019 party, is in the final hours of the Kickstarter campaign! With limited time remaining, now is your last chance to pledge to the party, or adjust pledges to include any add-ons.

The party will take place on October 31st, 2019, on the 2nd floor of the Hilton Anaheim. Admission will be free, but by supporting the
Kickstarter
, you'll unlock extra gifts like merchandise and art. We know there are many events going on that night, but our party will go on much longer than Blizzard's Darkmoon Faire event, so you'll be able to attend both!
The Kickstarter has been a resounding success. We smashed our initial goal of $19,000 in the first day, currently hovering around $45,000 raised. With this extra money and your support, we have unlocked further party incentives and collectibles.
Kickstarter Tiers
Backers at every donation level will receive special goodies, which are all detailed on the
Kickstarter page
and include everything from a signed copy of
Before the Storm
to art prints!
If you are a fan of Wowhead and a pin collector, be sure to check out the remaining swag tiers, as you will receive four Wowhead holiday pins, designed by Tsepish, representing Winter holidays, Valentine's Day, Midsummer, and Halloween. These pins are
not
for sale on the
Wowhead Shop
; the only current way to get these is through the Kickstarter!
Many tiers have sold out already, but there are still a handful of spots left, including 7 for the Swag-A-Tron Tier ($140) and 5 for the Art Lover Tier ($190).
If you have already pledged, make sure to specify any add-ons you may be interested in, such as velcro patches and party wristbands!
Housekeeping
If you've already pledged, keep the following things in mind:
White list Kickstarter in your email!
There will be lots of emails from Kickstarter, regarding payment, surveys (for your item redemption). You don't want to miss these with emails going to spam

, this email will be one of the main forms of communication with you all once the kickstarter is over and surveys are sent out, last year a number of people had this email going to their spam folder.
Make sure your payment information is up to date!
So many times people change their payment info and the info tied to their Kickstarter isn't the right one, and they miss out on their goodies. Also see bullets 1 and 2 above as to also why people don't get their items.
Also in the surveys that will go out once the Kickstarter is over, we will be asking you for your preferred email address, if that is different than your Kickstarter email, make sure you

International shipping?
Make sure you read our FAQ regarding international shipping. That is very important in order for you to understand the process there.
Are you moving or plan to move?
Every year we have 3-5 people who are planning on moving between the August-November time-frame. When you submit your survey, and we ask for a shipping address for your items, make sure you pick an address that you will be at and able to retrieve your items. Make arrangements if you aren't sure. But once you submit your survey (and there will not be a lot of time to do so), we will be trying to get all items shipped out in the August-September time-frame (depending on vendors getting us items), keep that in mind when entering the address, as with 300+ backers, and 2 people handling redemption, we will not be able to make special requests, or change things after the fact.
