Dragonflight Introduces a Deaf Character! Meet Sansok Khan, Leader of the Shikaar Clan

This week on the Dragonflight alpha, Ohn'ahran Plains became available for testing. This zone is home to the Green Dragonflight, as well as many centaur clans. The leader of one of these clans is Sansok Khan, a new Deaf character!
Sansok Khan and Okir
Early on in Ohn'ahran Plains, we are introduced to Sansok Khan as the leader of the Shikaar Clan, a centaur clan famous for its mighty hunters.
Sansok Khan is the most skilled hunter in our clan. Though she cannot hear, she proved her capabilities time and time again as both a hunter and a leader.
She is a mentor to us all, a trusted leader, and a fierce defender of the Maruuk.
It is an honor for you to speak with her.
When first approaching Sansok Khan, she greets us with a series of gestures while another centaur, Okir, speaks on her behalf. Every time we interact with Sansok Khan, her dialogue begins with the following:
<As Sansok Khan signs, Okir vocalizes.>
If players ask why Okir is signing for Sansok Khan, Okir replies,
My khan is Deaf, communicating mainly through a sign language that is shared amongst the centaur. I am but her voice, interpreting for her.
While most members of our clan can speak with her without my aid, there are still many who cannot. My role is to enable communication between her and others. It is the highest honor.
My words are hers. Except these ones. Please direct your attention back to her.
