8.1 PTR - Nerfs to AoE Burst DPS (WW, Frost, Havoc, Arms) Adjusted in Next PTR Build

Most of the classes that are capable of strong burst AOE saw similar nerfs in the latest patch notes. So it's not so much a WW nerf as it is a nerf to AOE Burst DPS in general. WW actually didn't get it nearly as bad as a lot of other classes did.

Pugni della Furia Pummels all targets in front of you, dealing 120.75%106.3% of Attack power)] damage over 4 sec to your primary target and 120.75%106.3% of Attack power) * 50 / 100] damage over 4 sec to other targets. Can be channeled while moving.
