If you only see one ship in the list, press the X to close the "land ship" and it will then show both ships so that you can use them both for the mission.

I have 11 chars lvl 100 and this mission always failed. It's meant to fail, I get that. The question is : What's the meaning of the warning message popped that we are about to send ships in a mission which has less than 100% chances of completing and we are about to lose a ship, since we cannot choose another option? We cannot decommission the ship, we cannot build another one at that point, so why this annoying warning? We get a warning but still we are forced to go in a suicidal mission....

I just did this mission with 100% (transport and destroyer had undead crew);we all know you can't suceed this mission but it was pretty fun seeing a 100% mission failing :)
