This flavor text is very familiar. I recall a quest ending in Silverpine had a quest item with this flavor text (or text close to it). I don't remember the name but I do remember a female undead from somewhere has you take her ring and place it on her husband's gave. On the completion screen, it described a gust of wind blowing through.

Upon seeing this quest item, I've been on the hunt for info to the reference. I'm positive it's a reference to a pre-cata quest.

Found the old quest, "Until Death Do Us Part", the NPCs involved don't share any likeness to the initials here and I was incorrect about the quest item. Oh well.
