I just got this from Onyxia today. Seems I'll have more resistances to frost and arcane than most players for some time.

Putting aside the resistances this is one badass cape for any caster.

I got this today, as a paladin. I upgraded from Cloak of Kea Feathers, and I'm glad I did. the only other "real" upgraes are from TotC10/25, and the guild I'm in is pretty short on tanks etc so its hard for us to get through to anub.

Overall, a fantastic cloak for any caster, but only if they haven't already gotten a 232+ cloak from TotC10/25, sicne they generally seem to be slightly better itemised.

just to let everyone know on the old Sapphiron Drape http://www.wowhead.com/?item=17078

there was a comment that Onyxia drops Sapphiron's Drape because of the love affair they had between each other.

I didn't want to see this good gossip die out :)

Of note is that this is the only ilvl 232 cloak in the game.

This means that ToC 10 and the new heroics (the most common and easily pugged ways to get good enough gear) do not offer any cloaks.

Not the smartest of designs imo.
