As of patch 3.2 these are the only piece of tier 8.5 that is ONLY attainable by Ulduar 25.

Since 3.2 brought us Emblem of Conquests dropped from 5 man heroic bosses. Conqueror's Chest and Helmet are easily attainable by any 80.

This item is exchanged for tier shoulder armor in Dalaran:

Death Knights - Visit Dubin Clay (46,27) inside Tanks for Everything
Rogues & Druids - Visit Valerie Langrom (52,72) inside Langrom's Leather and Links
Mages - Visit Paldesse (44,49) inside Threads of Fate

Edit: Of course, now you can just 'use' the item to create your new gear.

Guys, is it possible to trade this token for shoulders with Valerie Langrom as a Demon Hunter? No token item shows up when i "talk" to her, maybe there is a way to change something?

Wow this is bullcrap, confirmed that Yogg-Saron has a chance to drop zero Tier 8 armor tokens in BFA, be prepared to be aggravated when none drop and you have to wait another week of your life to try again.

Writing this as of Feb 12th 2020.

Went in to solo Ulduar looking for xmog, one of the items I need is shoulders on my druid. says it comes from this token. This token drops 50% of the time from Yogg-Saron... Notice that because im solo and this is now flex mode scaling.... its set automatically to 10 man... if it only drops from 25 man yogg.... how does one get this soloing the instance?

Did they change how to obtain it to also work in 10-mans? is it purchasable via gold?

As of writing this, I have cleared Ulduar twenty-five times and still haven't seen this token drop. It is definitely not a 50% change off of Yogg. The dungeon journal shows that Thorim can drop it as well.

I'm not sure when the change was made, but when Ulduar timewalking came out, Blizzard condensed 10-man and 25-man Ulduar into one instance. Even if you set it to 25-man, it won't make a difference. The loot tables are shared, too, so you can get any 10-man or 25-man item out of a single run.

There are certain items that have simply never dropped for me and this is one of them. Maybe it's just awful luck... but at this point, I'm thinking that the loot table is just screwed up. I'm tempted to open a ticket on these items. As an avid collector, I am accustomed to bad RNG... but this is beyond that.

This is dropped of yogg-saron. You need to ask two of the titan people that you've defeated to unlock the gate to participate. They will circle around in the inner sactum where Auriaya patrols. Once you've asked two to join you, go to where the boss is. You need to pile ontop of the woman in the center and get the big ugly things to stack on you. kill them, damaging her. you should then be grasped by a tentacle which you can kill. go through the portal into his mind and kill them hidden mobs. in the stormwind one its the guards. then kill the big brain outside and go through the portal to kill yogg-saron.

I am unsure if it is coincidence or not, but I've been in Ulduar recently for several weeks to finish druid set and Shoulders from Yogg-Saron did not dropped for seveal weeks (I did not bothered with titan keepers at all)
today I activated two keepers I just pick the closest ones I've been next to at the moment and the shoulder token from Yogg dropped immediately

hopefully it helps to some people
