If you have a 3 second shadow bolt, that's 100 MP5 while casting, although there's things like instant cast DoTs and such. Basically your mileage will vary.

These potions (Bought from Olut Alegut(horde) and Rork Sharpchin(alliance)) can be used inside Halls of Stone and Halls of Lightning, and i belive also the Ulduar raid !

The buff from this stacks with all food buffs, flasks, guardian and battle elixirs.
If u have the buff and leave Storm Peaks the buff will go away and wont return when u re-enter.
In most econonmies a Relic of Ulduar will cost 4g which prices these at roughly 40g each which is very expensive for a 1 time buff.
But if the buff works in Ulduar the same way it works in HoS and HoL it will be an important part of any decent raider's consumables

I can confirm, this doesnt work in ulduar. It will not let you drink it while inside either (gives an error "You are in the wrong zone".

As a tankadin you can easely get enough mana with Guarded by the Light and Divine Plea if you don't want to use Blessing of Sanctuary but Blessing of Kings.

But as for the patch 3.2 notes;

Blessing of Sanctuary: This blessing now also increases stamina by 10%. This effect is not cumulative with Blessing of Kings

So i guess there won't be a reason not to use Blessing of Sanctuary anymore after the release of 3.2.
