just a random note, my friend sent a ticket in to a GM seeing if he can get some stonekeeper shards back, after the GM said yes, he asked could he have a cupcake, and the GM said "It will be arranged."

Later in the mail he got his 200 stonekeepers shards and this cupcake, and the best part is, when he eats the cupcake it remains in his bag.

In the icon, you mean? It looks more like the carrot-shaped orange frosting or marzipan traditionally found on carrot cakes, since the carrots themselves are part of the batter mix and wouldn't be seen on top otherwise...
