How does Meta socket work?
I dont rly got the requires atleast 2 yellow sockets and things like that. Do im going to put normal sockets on the meta socket spot first or just have them on other items?=P

The upgraded version would be the Swift Skyfire Diamond (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=25894) which CAN be easier to get if you happen to be a server where your faction never seems to control the spirit towers. Otherwise, one run through Shadow Labyrinth with the Blessing of Auchidoun will net you enough shards to buy this gem.

I would like to know if this stacks with the rogue assassination talent Fleet Footed (8% speed increase).

It probably doesn't, since 16% passive speed increase would be a lot, but I'd still appreciate if someone who has done some previous testing gave me a definite answer.

I just bought the materials for Skyfire Diamond to get Swift Skyfire Diamond (Same as this except +4AP) then I noticed this one and checked my bags and noticed I have 8 Spirit Shards. I almost had a heart attack.

Worth using if you have a helm with a Meta socket you plan on replacing soon; 8 shards are probably easier to come by than the 100+ gold needed for a REAL meta gem.

The runspeed is great - but every class should be using either
Boar's Speed http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=34008
or
Cat's Swiftness http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=34007
on their boots anyway, leaving room in the Meta slot for a better Meta gem such as http://www.wowhead.com/?item=32409 .

Also the gems it requires (2 yellow 1 red) can be anywhere on you.
the gems that say "Fits a (2 colors count as each of those colors) so 2 yellow on any item and one red on any item will work. as will 2 orange on any of your teems total. or 2 void spheres any where on you total.

This is actually a very nice meta gem for a pvp warrior considering you should be gemming souly with red/yellow sockets. It is also very easily attainable and cheap which makes it good to fill the meta in your s1 helm till you get your s3 head piece and care to drop 100-150g (depending on the server) on Swift Skyfire Diamond. It also allows you to put surefooted Surefooted on your boots without losing the much needed +speed bonus. Great gem overall.
