To get this you must complete the Delver's Journey (fully) in Season 3. This is the end reward.

I just finished the season's journey and bought the toy.
After speaking with the beacon, it transforms us into Brann and we receive the title .
Having the buff on your character upon login will cause your character to emit a quote from Brann's delve.
Only people in your group can interact with the beacon.
There seems to be an internal CD if you remove the buff from your character and want to take it back. Maybe 1 Hour like the toy CD.
People outside of your party can see the beacon but cannot interact with it.
The buff persist through death for 1 hour unless you right click it.
It's really a nice toy, It's a bit sad that the CD is an hour long.
I used the toy in a 20+ raid and as expected it was a clown fiesta X)

Works in M+, put it down and everyone could use it. I don't know if you can use it if you aren't in the party. Everyone in the party will hear your voice lines, but I do not know if people outside your party will.

There seems to be a high chance to randomly trigger one of Brann's quotes when using abilities or really doing much of anything in general though there seems to be a cooldown as well as aggressively spamming buttons would not cause his quote to trigger any more often then usual.

Go to Delver's Headquarters' in Dornogal (47 44). In front of Brann is the 'Delver's Guide'. Click. Select the 'Review Information'. Up the top is the 'Delver's Journey' telling you where you are at. Hovering your mouse over the bar will tell you how much 'Delver's Journey' you need to get to the next level or end. Once completed all rewards become available for purchase including this toy.

The higher level the Delve completed. The higher 'Delver's Journey' reward you receive

So I completed Season 3 Delvers journey last week, but is seems like I can't get this toy nor the explorer decal, am I missing anything? Been trying to get this toy for over a week.

Can't believe no one mention that while being Brannmophed, Brann have unique /flirt and /silly voicelines!

Trying to see how close I am to earning this. Is anyone else completely unable to check their Delver's Journey progress? I try to check in Dorn and none of the options do anything. Nothing happens whatsoever.

Is there any way to get this toy post TWW, in Midnight? I tried doing a delve and I'm not getting S3 Delve Progress, which makes sense since it's a seasonal reward, but is there another way to get it?

As of May 4th, 2026, this is still obtainable. Waiting to fill a raid group and went to check to see if I could still buy it, and I did indeed.
