Obtained through a short puzzle. First, travel down the sewer grate that's just slightly southwest of the Sidestreet Sluice delve entrance in the Vatworks. Go down the ladder and around the corner to the right, along the right-hand wall you'll see a bunch of barrels with green goop. On top of one of those barrels is a slice of Sewer Cheese. Click on it and walk back to the Hungry Rat by the entrance, and then click on the rat.
Take the Real to Pix Xizzik in the Port Authority to be awarded the shirt.

NOTE: the Sewer Cheese will despawn once someone picks it up, and will respawn within the minute.

Make sure you give the cheese to the Hungry Rat in the same sewer as the cheese. He is close to the rope ladder out.

I assume its trash and save to delete after added to collection ? , but still blizzard why is this a soulbound white that stays in my bag and not a learn and disapear?
