This costs 350 Pietre del Valore and you need a Mythic rating of >1000 to purchase it on a character. It's designed to act as a way to vent excess Valorstones before a toon caps out (one which would be farming crests and not looking to use Valorstones on that toon) by allowing the purchase of Warbound surprise gear for alts.

This item produces Veteran 4/8 ilvl 593 gear, which is a continuation of the vendor gear pathing for alts from Ser Pinnus Mrrgglton, who sells Adventurer 4/8 580 gear for Sottomoneta, the reward from delves.

(At certain levels of renown, the rep vendors also sell veteran and champion gear in exchange for Cristalli di Risonanza, but the Fili Recisi only sell a customizable trinket ala the Anellino d'Onice from the Forbidden Reach, except unlike the Onyx Annulet, no one recommends bothering with them.)

unless this gets upgraded next season or you really dont need the valor at all skip it entirely and just go do the catch up zone asap will only take you an of hour to get full 584 ilv on any fresh alt dont even buy lv 80 greens on the ah honestly after you do the ring quest and the gems on a few alts you will have more than enough to instantly be 584 on anything that hits 80

Aand its gone. Even if you bought it before 11.1, the game deletes your unused ones and refunds you 200g per item throught email. I feel robbed.
