You are able to buy this Recipe from Reno Jackson for Cristalli di Risonanzax10. Reno is located in the Delve Hub of Dornogal.

To be able to buy it, you will have to have unlocked the 2nd Tier of TWW Season 1 Delver's Journey.

Anyone else unable to buy this schematic?

I've submitted multiple bug reports and to no avail.

I've tried buying it on both of my characters that I play regularly ( the only ones who have stepped inside a delve too )

On both of them the schematic is locked as though I haven't unlocked it, despite having bought and used all the other ones that require further progress in the seasonal journey to unlock?

I've just had a discussion with a GM about this, over 3 responses it went from
"we're not aware of any problem" despite me reporting it almost daily for almost 2 or 3 months now.

To another response not 10 minutes later "We're aware of the problem and looking into it" This was a reply after I opened the ticket again to reiterate it and ask if they could mail me the item since I have all the other ones which require further progress in the Delver's Journey.

TO AGAIN later in the day "We are not aware of any problem" The AI Hellscape this company is in is making me want to quit this stupid game they actually don't give a flying *!@# about anything with regards to their customers. I've unsubbed and won't spend a single cent on this stupid game if they just employ some AI responses to their ticket system. Actual clown company.

Ontop of that they never seem to actually read any of the text in the tickets you make, they just give you some blatant copy pasta that MAYBE is relevant to one obscure part of the ticket.

Oh and then they threatened me to suspend my account if I kept abusing the ticket system for a problem that hasn't been fixed and they lied through their teeth in the tickets they did respond to. Absolute #$%^show of a clown company, yes they deserve to be called clowns at least two times if not a couple hundred more.

The reason I'm extra mad is I'm nearly done with every achievement in the game and it's literally the only reason I play this game. 99.9% of people I talk to have absolutely no problem buying this schematic and using it which is exactly what GM's used to help people with. Now they just threaten to suspend your account when you mention that. They've even personally helped me in the past with exactly this type of problem, now they say they don't do that and never have. Just a bunch of clowns.
