I upgraded this trinket to 4/8 Champion ilvl 606 and two "Fragrance Socket" were added.

This is a Level 80 trinket sold by The Severed Threads Renown Quartermaster Dama Vinazian/Y'tekhi in The Weaver's Lair in Azj-Kahet. Right now they have three versions of this trinket and they all have different upgrade tracks. Their purchases will be unlocked with higher ranks of your Warband's Renown with Fili Recisi.

The trinket itself has a basic proc: For a short time, three pheromones will appear on the ground in a triangle around the player. Every pheromone you touch will increase your Primary stat by the value mentioned in the trinket's tooltip (so increasing with the item level of your trinket and stacking up to 3x when you manage to touch all three pheromones). The first pheromone touched will start the 20-second buff duration of Feromoni Nerubiani, touching additional pheromones will add stacks, but not refresh that duration.

On top of this proc, the trinket also has two unique Fragrance Sockets and there are four Fragrances available to be socketed. Each Fragrance offers one specific Secondary Stat (Mastery, Haste Rating, Critical Strike Rating, or Versatility) when socketed into your trinket and their value will increase with its item level. All Fragrances are available on vendors in Azj-Kahet's Città dei Fili and The Weaver's Lair for 150x Kej each. You'll need to progress on the leveling campaign in this zone to interact with the City of Threads vendors (or have Adventure Mode unlocked for your Account with the completion of all leveling campaigns on one character).

I did some testing to list all the different values for the stats on this trinket. Keep in mind that right now, you can not unsocket Fragrances, and you can only have one of each Fragrance (in your inventory or socketed into a trinket). With four Fragrances available, you could keep two trinkets with completely different Fragrance combinations, but you have to replace a Fragrance (or destroy the whole trinket) when you want to acquire that Fragrance again to use it in a better version of the trinket.

I hope they consider making this ONE trinket with a unique upgrade track instead of three different items. They could have the initial trinket with rank 1/8 on the vendor and with higher Renown you unlock upgrade purchases for the trinket's max rank. Somehow like the Dragonflight Legendaries got their 14 ranks in S4 (but for this trinket in two steps, to max-rank 12 and later 16).

Is it just me that this trinket literally reads "...Chance to secrete 0 different pheromones around you..."

Already have 2 fragrances in... so... am I right in assuming it's doing nothing? (actually haven't noticed any visuals...)

Was able to buy at Rej the Dying at 57.34 35.55 which gives 500 mastery when socket in this trinket
Was able to bug at Venom Dahn at 55.35 36.47 which gives 500 crit when socket in this trinket
Both will cost 150 Kej

Sadly the trinket will keep saying it will release 0 pheromones at 1/8

It seems to be bugged. Secretes "0' pheremones, and therefore none spawn. No way to get it to buff you.

If you are first obtaining the trinket, It will say "0 pheromones". After further reputation gains with the 3 sub-factions. Once reaching Accomplice with The General, Vizier, and Weaver. The trinket will reflect up to +3 pheromones. Confirmed this finding with another person working on the reputation, with the trinket originally saying '0' and immediately going to '1' once Weaver reached Accomplice (rank above Crony). Hope this helps!

This trinket is beyond awful. It procs about once every minute, but you need to react immediatly to pick up the very hard (!) to see pheromones. You need to pick up all 3 pheromones to get the full main stat buff, but you only have 6 seconds to pick all of them up. The 20 sec timer does not reset, so the moment you've picked up your last pheromone (IF you manage to grab all 3), the buff will only last about 15 secs. Gonna be impossible to use in any Questing, Dungeon or Raid scenario. I could barely notice them spawning at all when attacking a dummy.

I only recommend buying this if it bumps you to a certain ilvl threshold, or to save a bit of weathered/carved crests.

Like everyone said, this trinket barely procs, and when it does, there's basically no warning like an aura, sound, or big visual. It creates (max?) three fart clouds to grab to get the stacking buff, one in front of you, and two behind you to the left and right. Obviously 6k+ stat is amazing, but it's only going to be worth it in a fight with no movement, no mechanics, and no visual clutter.

To make matters worse, you can't stack secondaries, so if you really just want one stat, you're SOL

Maybe good if you have a fresh 80, but otherwise skip it

This trinket procced one time in a 2 minute training dummy scenario. Seems to be really bugged up is in dire need of a buff for the amount of kej this trinket cost and the amount of running around you had to do to make it work

Do you have some Weak aura or trick how to see (or if they appeared) all 3 orbs in the m+ run chaos? I believe i wont see anything in 50 aoe effects on the ground with dark background.

1m52 5-man fight in a Delve, Prot Warrior 600-ish IL with the Trinket 597 IL.
It procced 19. 11.6%(0m 13s)

so roughly 10% of the time. The Candle procced way more. Another 2 min trash fight had 0 proc.... Don't love it.

Insane trinket, 8912 + str at ilvl 603 on a 1 minute ICD... That is if you can see the 3 pheromones and are able to collect them in an actual dungeon lol

After testing this trinket with the Haste and the Mastery installed I have to agree with other observations. I think that Grifta guy has found a job there with the devs at Blizz.
