Does anyone know if the gear reward is based on your loot spec, or just your class?

Looted Sacchetto Traboccante di Monete from this today, twice across a handful of alts.
The satchel had about 15,000 gold in it, and the cache had epic gear that can go up to 489 as well as some Flightstones and Crests.
I assume all future "Cache of X" in Season 4 will be able to drop the satchel.
These caches seem to drop once from doing that weeks 'Awakened' activities.

The Caches are UNIQUE so use them as you get them!

For 'Vault of the Incarnates' week, so far I have seen them from:

The upscaled Dragon Isles world boss (Liskanon)

The Grand Hunt epic reward bag

The Community Feast epic reward bag

The Siege on Dragonbane Keep epic reward bag

It seems the 'Awakened' activities are based on the content that was current at the time of the raid being current.

Given this we can assume that,

The Zaralek Caverns world boss

Fyrakk Assaults, 'Secured Shipment'

The Worthy Ally weekly quest does not give a Cache of the Dreams.

An important note: it is Unique. So if you do other activities that grant this Cache with one already in your inventory, you won't get a new one. And it won't get mailed to you, so you just perma lose ~1.5k g, 15 drakes crest and a 480 piece of gear.

TLDR: Use it as soon a you get it, or you will lose stuff.

Were these nerfed? Was getting 480's from them yesterday, today it's 350's.

Just did a Grant Hunt on an alt, got a 398 trinket from the Cache of Storms. Where is my 480 gear? Submitted a ticket...

Update:
The loot seems to all over the place.
Just did Siege on Dragonbane Keep with a friend, got a 480 staff from the siege box itself and 480 belt from the Cache of Storms.
Friend got 480 from the siege box and a 350 from Cache of Storms.

Also did the Community Feast, 350 from the Supply-Laden Soup pot, and 489 from the Cache of Storms.
Friend got 350 from from the Supply-Laden Soup pot, and 398 from the Cache of Storms.

My ilvl is 460+, friend's 488

I think they nerfed or its bugged. Got a 480 an hour ago, now just a green 350 trinket. On the same character, never logged out.

Gold reward from this box has been nerfed, you only get 250 ish now. ~1.4k before

I wonder if this is a gear catch-up thing. I'm using an Alt from S3 who is only 463 ilvl. So far I have received 3 Cache of Storms, all 3 rewarded 480 items. In addition to the Cache's, i received 2 480 items and a 398 alongside the usual gold etc.

Now, I'm not sure if it spec related as i received a couple of trinkets that are literally useless for me other than the base stats and ilvl

So, luck ? RnG ? Bug ? who knows

this can (or could?) drop Overflowing Satchel of Coins, alongside with 1500-2000 gold in it / cache and you got each for each weekly stuff you did; for example, for the hunt, for siege, etc.

Been doing that on alts, for the first 3 days, it dropped 1500-2000 gold. As of now (27th of April), this seems to be nerfed to 250ish gold, alongside with ALL the worthy ally caches too.

Idk why they changed that, but I guess i won't be doing that on alts to get some gold in. 🙄

Gold nerfed from ~1.5k to 250ish.
Less than half the gold of a random World Quest... :(
