I had to reset old Kara to have all the books spawn. Not sure why, but that is what had me stuck for a bit. Saying this in case someone else has the same issue.

It seems you have to find all the books that aren't Tyr's Legacy before it will spawn.

I had to do a couple laps of the room, and the idol's "something is this way" animation is NOT helpful for the most part.

The books are the ones on the shelves, not the ones on the ground (that were previously for raid buffs). When you get close to them they will glow. To do this "properly" find a book, read it, it will give you cords, click your Thinking Hat toy and then walk to the cords the book displayed. When you get close to the new book it will light up, click it, RE-CLICK your Thinking Hat Toy, then go to the new cords. Eventually you will get the Tyr's Legacy.

Using the Idol of Ohn'ahra, it should point you in the general direction of the next book. This can be a little tough.

the idol keep pointing me to the book i already did. Just start circling the room and redoing the idol and it will point to a new book as you come close. Its not that hard to systematically search all the bookcases.

use your thinking cap AND the idol, makes it pretty easy.

every "wrong" book gives you the new locations, idol will switch to new books as soon you are close enough

Just a heads up, the idol is completely useless here, it will not lead you to the other books, you must use the thinking cap.
