As of 9/12/23 a 16th satchel was found
As of 9/13/23 a 17th satchel was found, this is believed to be the last, due to no more questIDs being found associated to buried satchels

I explore the world on a level 5 and most treasures tend to require at least lv 10 to open. I saw a mound of loose dirt at the peak of High Mountain and was surprised to find that it actually let me loot it. The satchel has no level requirement. I got 246 gold, several potions, and some vendor trash worth 17 gold.

Other than the contents in the satchel, are there any reasons to get more than 10? Can anything drop from it, is there another achievement, pet, mog, toy?
