First you need to find Barca Giocattolo di Yennu which is located underwater stuck on a rock at 51.99 58.39 as a Barca Giocattolo dei Tuskarr.

Once you collect it you will get a quest to deliver it to Yennu at 52.46 60.94, which will reward you with Telecomando della Barca Galleggiante con Ruote.

At the provided coordinates you will see a waterfall. Check the middle level (there are a red flower and a stone there), you should notice Barca Giocattolo dei Tuskarr in the water.
Click it to get Barca Giocattolo di Yennu. You will get a quest to return the boat to its owner. He's just up the river, above the next waterfall .

The Barca Giocattolo dei Tuskarr is part of the Tesori delle Pianure di Ohn'ahra achievement and is displayed as Yennu's Boat.

You can find the Barca Giocattolo dei Tuskarr on the Pianure di Ohn'ahra in the Thunderspine Thicket area in a river with waterfalls, the path west of the Cloverwood Hollow to Teerakai.
Picking up the Barca Giocattolo dei Tuskarr you get Barca Giocattolo di Yennu which starts the quest Riporta la Barca Giocattolo a Yennu which you can give to Yennu.
You will find Yennu running up and down two waterfalls higher on the right side.
After you give the quest to Yennu you will get the toy Telecomando della Barca Galleggiante con Ruote from him.

The quest is currently bugged and is not awarding the toy boat upon completion. It is listed on the customer support page as of 3 weeks prior to my comment. Article ID: 380667
